Yes. They are called Toric lenses. They are made to specifically fit your eye prescription. Once your eye doc has the info. s/he will send it to the lab. Usually takes a few weeks.

Two drawbacks - they are thicker and minimally more "rubber-like"; also tend not to totally alleviate light halos during night driving.
I had toric lenses for over 5 years and was extremely satisfied.

You can go to your local Lenscrafters, see the eye doc and have them ordered that day.

contacts are more effective as they sit directly on the eye. there is space between the eye and glasses lens which can sometimes affect the vision with astigmatism.

Yes, I have them and they are very comfortable, and not expensive. Mine are made by Acuvue.
