Because last time when Bush arrieved India he gave 60,000 H1-B visa after that he incresed it to 1,16,000 visa . is this good for India's development in software field. if all good software engineer migrates means who will be here to develop our country.

Americans know the power full brains of indians.....so if they try to supress....they can't so they are trying to utilise the brains of indians to the most.......india has tremendous resources.....so nothing to worry in the field of software.....all the best.

If there is one thing in abundance in our nation, it is brains. So dont worry or lose sleep over it. To the extent facilities are available here, the skill also would be available. People migrate because they need better workplace (or money).
But for every such person, there are two capable of making their money right here and patriotic too ;)
