Get some help from a rehab program most states have them, but eventually like with any habit you are just going to have to shake and sweat it out it will be 3-5 days of hell but after that you can get some mental help because the mental addiction is what gets most people back on it,it wont be easy suffer physically for a week then work real hard mentally for the rest of your life.Your also going to have to disassociate yourself with everyone you are tied to with the meth.

Deciding to quit. Not using methamphetimine. I am a self recovered junkie. Planned permanent abstinence is a relatively simple, effective and empowering method to recover. You will experience a number of withdrawal symptoms. I suggest a thirty-day treatment program where you will learn about withdrawal and more on the dangers of the drug itself. I suggest resisting the 12-step method. Go to www.orange-papers.org for facts concerning the 12-step program and the ways in which it puts people in harm's way. Education about your particular drug of choice and the collateral damage caused by choosing to abuse that drug will give you more control over your struggle.

call a rehab. see a counselor, or physician and get a referral to one if you need to, or look on line. Hazelden is one. Good luck to you. You can always go to narcotics anonymous and talk to some people there who have been down that road before you and really care and understand.

Cold Turkey

seek help, a Doctor will refer you to the correct facility, but remember it won't work if you really don't want it to. You need to be fully committed to giving up and then cold turkey is the only way.

Find something in your life to aim for, set goals that are attainable and be determined to give it a go.

good luck
