Do you get headaches often? Is there a cause for this headache? Make sure you are not being exposed to Carbon Monoxide, or another chemical agent that is causing this. Also, if you have other symptoms like blurred vision or difficulty with balance, or nausea/vomiting, etc. or anything out of the ordinary for you then please seek medical attention immediately! I would hope that it is a "normal" headache, in which case, first drink a large glass of water (16 ounces) because dehydration is a #1 cause of headaches, then have a cup of chamomile tea, warm milk, or hot cocoa, then after letting that settle for a few minutes, sit up straight with feet flat on the floor, and gently stretch your head and neck by leaning it first to one side then the other - holding for 10 - 15 seconds, and then turning to one side then the other, again holding for 10 - 15 seconds. Once you have done that, stretch your back, then relax - lay flat on your back and deep breathe. (Deep breathe while you stretch also) If you feel any muscles in your back and neck tightening up when you lay down then try to stretch a little more.
If this fails, then try the migraine cure: (really!) McDonalds Cheeseburger, Fries and a Chocolate shake (it has to be chocolate). Hope you feel better!! Good luck, God Bless!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck.
Headaches can be caused by minor problems
like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more serious reasons
like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can
have harmful side effects, so it is better to
modify your lifestyle. More information available at

First off, stop looking at the screen. Get off the computer, lay down on your back, get comfortable, get a glass of water. If you have a massage device, use it on your neck (or have someone else use it) Alot of headaches come from neck & muscle strain. (including the eyes & sinus pain)
Hope you're ok.
