If you are taking your multivitamins, it probably is not anemia because the multivitamins have a lot of iron in them. I am anemic myself. You normally would not have low blood pressure because during pregnancy, your blood pressure is normally elevated. I would suspect that you might not be eating enough? I have these symptoms, nausea, light headedness, etc., when I haven't eaten enough. As I'm sure you're aware, your body needs more calories when you're pregnant. Of course, I'm not a doctor and the best thing to do is to call the gyno's office and explain the symptoms to him/her. It may be something more serious than my suspicions - better safe than sorry.

Good luck to you and your new little one on the way :)

Have you been checked to see if you were anemic lately? That is how I feel when I don't take my pills or vitemans. Usually it is the case when you don't have enough iron in your system. But I would ask my doctor if I were you, just to be sure. But you can look up anemia, there are alot of symptoms to it. Hope I helped!

that could be a reaction for alot of different things. But before I get ino that I have a little comment to the person that thinks that your husband should make his own lunch. I make my hubbys lunch too. He works hard all day and I feel thats the least that I could do for him. Good for you that you do that for your husband.

Now back to the original...I think that you need to see a doctor asap. It could be nothing but at the same time it could really be something. You could be pregnant or maybe just over worked. OI seriously sugest that you see a soctor though. Good luck and sont listen to ignorant people that have no clue what they are talking about.

hi, i used to faint and have lots of dizzy spells when i was pregnant, and it was because i had low blood pressure, best bet is to take it easy for the next month and check with your midwife/gp/gyno about your blood pressure and the dizzyness.. good luck :) have fun the next month okay!!

you might be emotionally and/or physically run down... try to get some extra sleep, eat 5 small meals a day to keep good nutrition, and take advil if you feel a headache or dizzy

good luck
