Iam 23 year old guy, I have a University Diploma, my major is Foreign Languages, For about 10 years I am looking for a financial aid or sponsor so that to go to the States and became US citizen. I am Kyrgyzstan citizen, but I want to move to the States. Help me with this please!!! Thanx Atabek

Hello,
I am not too sure about this, but if you are in another country and there is a United States Embassy, you can go there and get all of the information that you need.
But if you are here in the States and have valid papers one can go to an Immigration Office if I am not mistaken.
A good source would be to log onto your pc and see if the the United States Immigration Services has a website. Try starting at http://www.usa.gov/
You might get your answers there. Good luck.

Why bother? You can just cross over from Mexico, get a drivers license in Oregon, and register to vote at the same time.
Then just hang out and vote for the candidate most likely to pass a clemency law, and give permanent residence to all the illegals, which would include you.
It's worked for millions of Mexicans, it ought work for you too. That's the American way you know.
