What exactly is your question? I have tried two answers based on a few possibilities.
If you want to set your computer clock to reflect your local time, then right click on the time shown in the bottom right of your computer task bar, select adjust time and date, set the date and time and click on OK. Thereafter, your computer would show the current time which will also get reflected in your incoming and outgoing e mails.
If you want to interpret the correct time on your incoming e mails, i.e. want to know the approximate time the e mails might have been sent to you, add/subtract the appropriate difference between your correct local time to the local time of the sender, if you know where s/he is located, to the time shown against the incoming e mails. This would give you the approximate time the e mails were sent to you by your friends at the dispatch points..
