I heard it referred to on Comedy Central's new show "Halfway House" tonight. (Which was pretty funny btw.) and I haven't been able to find anything online. So I'm thinking that they made it up to see how many suckers like me would go looking for a definition, but if anyone out there has ever heard of it. I'm curious as hell. It has something to do with male genitalia I gather...

He had a Prince Alberts as well. He said "but here's something you haven't seen!" and then unvieled the Bishops Dilemma. I've tried Wikipedia and google and found nothing.

It looks to me like they made it up to make fun of the Prince Albert. Without even one search engine hit, that has to be the case. I bet if you try later in the week you'll find several hits leading to questions like yours! And then maybe someone will come up with a piercing to match the name.

I got this from -- Woody's World of Penis Euphemisms--, another name for penis is "the bishop", so i guess its referring to a bishops hat. I would say its a prince Albert said in a different way.
