Also what happens if you have bad credit, do you automatically have great credit because you have alot of money.

No you do not automatically have great credit. That depends on how much you've borrowed and made payments on (before their due date), not how much money you have at any given time.

In Canada, which is the only place I have gambled, it depends on the type of lottery. In casinos you get it right away (big casinos). In the case of small casinos or just bars where they have Keno etc., you usually have to wait 24 hrs to cash it, and if it's REALLY big you have to mail it in to the Provincial Lottery to get the money. Other than that, I'm not sure.
