help me to flatten my tummy and I would also like to make my waist smaller, I'm thin already, but I kind of have a pot-belly especially after I eat, and my waist isn't defined at all, I'm straight up and down..any ideas?

Crunches and core help, but you want to add aerobic activities like running, biking etc. Your body doesn't chose where it burns fat by where you exercise, just don't over do it.

Right now Im doing core secrets. I have had two babies so my sides and my stomach are my main concern. Im trying super hard... so far its doing good... and Im totally sore after doing the dvd workouts. Just a suggestion!
