I've been eating a lot of junk, and I need some ideas on what to eat everyday. What did you have for breakfast, lunch, and dinner today? Thanks so much!!

Im on weight watchers I had a cup of frosted mini wheats a roast beef sandwich on wheat w/everything from subway 2 pieces of chicken breast and a cup of white rice and carrots for dinner and snacked on grapes

Breakfast 1 Banana coffee,cream and sugar.
Lunch,1 burrito,
pita chips 10.
Dinner 1 Burrito

I ate:
1/2 power bar
tuna salad panini sandwich
handful of chips
another handful of chips
about 10 of those chips dipped in hummus
about 1/2 a cup of ice cream
a handful of peanuts
broiled salmon
mashed potatos
peas & carrots
and, I'm looking forward to 3 cookies in about 10 minutes, with soymilk.

i have had multi grain toast with honey for breakfast
4 corn this for a snack
for lunch i had left over shepards pie a small portion from last nights tea thats all i havent had dinner yet as its only 3 pm here but am having roast beef with lots of veges oh yeah i am going to have an apple now mmm yum (NOT).
boring huh yeah i think so to but the things we do to keep healthy hey lol.

Breakfast : Bowl of oatmeal with banana
Snack : Cottage cheese
Lunch : Chick breast with mixed vegetables
Snack : Protein shake
Dinner : Salad

Within the whole day I drank about a gallon and half of water.

Vegetable Rogan Josh from the tandoori, seved with pilau rice. Washed down with lager & ice cream.

grilled cheese & chicken sandwich on regular wheat bread
a small pack of gummy bears
grilled chicken with brocolli & carrots and a roll with butter
cheese stick
a frozen fruit bar
water
diet soda

breakfast: whole grain cereal and lowfat milk

lunch: tuna melt on wheat

dinner: salmon, steamed broccoli and carrots, mashed sweet potato

snacks: soup, chocolate milk
