I know it sounds like a dumb question but I don't want to waste my soy milk if it's going to taste bad.....

If you use unsweetened Dutch processed cocoa powder, which is what is used in baking, then you'll have to add sugar to the cocoa. Makes pretty scrumptious cocoa though! Also, add a dash of vanilla and a dusting of cinnamon for a special treat.

Cocoa used for baking tastes entirely different from that which is used for drinking. Baking cocoa is unsweetened normally and thus very bitter.

No, this cocoa has a very bitter taste. It's drinkable, of course, but you'll have to add some sugar to it.
