I do not agree with a man's response that good looking women aren't approached because the man is too afraid of rejection. I figure if he is that taken by her, he would make the effort. Plus, women who never get approached are often the ones who feel rejected. Does anyone agree? I am just curious.

Unless people like to convince themselves of it, this is not meant to be taken literally. People usually say it based on their own experiences and from other people's from which they have witnessed.
Some people, usually the ones who are insecure, would more than likely feel this, while others have a natural affinity and are comfortable.

I have never been afraid to approach a nice looking woman. I have found them to be harder to get along with, though, so I tend to avoid approaching really good looking women because somewhere along the way I got tired of dealing with females who just KNEW they looked good.
Granted, I have met a few really gorgeous females who have not had this attitude, but the vast majority I have been around were real snobs, so I guess I stereotype a bit now.

i feel that way because i dont know if a women would be interested in me. even though girls tell me that not all women are shallow enough to ignore you if your not the best looking man in the world. they want a guy to make them smile and will make them happy but i still dont get enough courage to just go up to a beautiful so i guess you could say i am afraid.

Have you heard of this song" If you are in love with a beautiful woman...." by Dr Hook? It may be an old sone but it holds true. Beautiful woman are trouble because they will attract so many men that the man who loves her will be heart broken. To me, beauty is not important as it will fade with time. It is the heart that counts. Men are just too blinded to notice it. So yeah, I hope I clear your doubts

if your not a guy, then you don't know what it's like.......many guys are afraid of rejection from an attractive lady and would never put themselves in that situation, never bothered me...yes, i was told no so many times i felt like a revolving door...but ya can't give up. you just have to learn how to make yourself presentable to all ladies
