Traditionally, the mans role is as the the provider, he is to provide for your household with whatever God has allowed for sustenance. He should help you take care of the children, and love them very much. He should be a good example of high moral character, and be a good Muslim.

Ohh, I am sorry to hear that you converted to Islam without studying the Islamic way of living! I think you'd better try sudying the Quraan and the Bible and compare which one leads you to the best way of living, here on earth and in the next life!

Role starts from your self.
Do not share your very private life with each and every one out side your house hold.
You are coverup dress for your husband and your husband is protectore of you.
You both has responsibility to give respect and dignity each other, and have faith on each other.

stay at home, stay covered, dont drive, get preggo or be beaten. His role is to act tough and treat you like a slave and you are to be happy about it or be beheaded. memorize your quran so you can completely zombie like and be able to give up your sons to jihad. With the extra money while your sons think they get 72 virgins and some boys for sexual encounters, you can get that new gaudy red couch next to the 8x10 of your sons to show off to your muslim friends because they blew them selves up for allah killing innocent "infidels" who were trying to set up freedom for the oppressed. Dont try to protest the violence either. They have people watching you ready to get rid of you if they need to.
