Not until someone else tried to do something to jeopardize my survival or that of my family. I suppose under the politically correct idea of "social justice" anyone who had brains enough to prepare for all eventualities, have a shelter and supplies ready, (survivormall.com) while others ran around in panic or waiting for the government to save their sorry butts (aint gonna happen), those who survive will be "guilty" of the awful crime of Darwinism, or survival of the most intelligent.

I would if I had to steal to survive. If I had nothing to do with the holocaust than I wouldn't assume myself a criminal at all.

for a top contributor, its a rather stupid question. i guess you are only good at giving answers.
i could be a criminal if i had a hand in planting the bomb, or i accidently started the reaction.
if i am the only one surviving, that would be a problem. I would kill myself, and suicide is a crime.
