Anyone know of a good hair salon in Independence, MO???

I'm new to the area and don't know who is good around here for hair. I'm really picky and I want someone who is young and really good at cutting hair (knowing all the popular styles out right now would be a definite plus). I have had a lot of disasters with hair stylists and I want one who is talented. Ex...the kind of stylist that can give me "celebrity hair" Please let me know if you have someone in mind. I'm looking for a person that can take care of my hair not just cut it.
