A animal behaviorist said that he has a behavior problem and to nurter him will this work or make it worse? if i get mad at him for sneaking out of the house he will go out of his way to jump up on a bed, table, couch or counter to pee. Iarching for pee spots in my house. I have a king german sheppard who is just a pup and she is almost house broken. I have also had other dogs which i successfully trained. is it me or my jack-a-chi that has the problem and how do i correct it?

It sounds more like a dominance issue to me. If you just put another pup into the picture, he may feel that his status as your "Number One" may be threatened. He needs to be reassured that you still love him, too. As for neutering making it worse, I doubt it. Spaying or neutering an animal rarely changes their personality.
