I did my brothers wedding for him a few years ago, halloween themed. She was the bride of death and he was a zombie. We had witches brew punch, a hand holding a pen to sign the guest book, tombstones, body outlines, dark lights, plenty of spiders, bats & witches. Their candles were bleeding candles, there were orange and black lights everywhere, spider webs and scary music in the back ground with chainsaws and screaming people. Everyone wore costumes. The best part was that the majority of the decorations I made. I bought table cloths from the dollar store, in fall colors. Then picked dead branches and put them in black planters made bows out of black trash bags and voila, center pieces. if you search halloween wedding ideas in your search engine the possibilities are endless.

I performed a wedding in 2006 in a Haunted House on Halloween night.
Someone else I know performed one in a graveyard.
Mine was strictly for fun. The other one was a Wiccan ceremony.

There are all kinds of fun & weird Halloween treats you could serve. I've made squashed frogs & cat turds, that, both are quite good. I know one couple who had their wedding party 'dressed' for the occasion. The officiant was dressed as a gangster.
I'm sure if you put your mind to it, you can come up with all sorts of fun ideas.

I saw a Halloween wedding in a magazine and they had these huge jack-o-lanterns outside of the reception venue and they one was carved with the bride and grooms names and the other was the date of the wedding. It looked really cool.

last year I actually went to a halloween themed wedding. they had a costume party for the reception, and the food was all weird food, like brains (jello with food coloring). It was fun, but in my idea, not a traditional wedding.

Have it in a GRAVEYARD!!!! That would be the best!!! If not possible, have everone dress in shredded bride's gowns and tuxes for a BALL of THE DEAD LOVER's! White makeup, blackened eyes, bloody teeth. If you are looking for the "goth" thing. If not......masquerade ball with all early 1900's or late 1800's costumes and masks. I think the latter would be much more romantic! They would all be in ball gowns and you in a big wedding dress and all masked out and beautiful and anonymous!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!
