Revelation 14:1-4
14 And I saw, and, look! the Lamb standing upon the Mount Zion, and with him a hundred and forty-four thousand having his name and the name of his Father written on their foreheads. 2 And I heard a sound out of heaven as the sound of many waters and as the sound of loud thunder; and the sound that I heard was as of singers who accompany themselves on the harp playing on their harps. 3 And they are singing as if a new song before the throne and before the four living creatures and the elders; and no one was able to master that song but the hundred and forty-four thousand, who have been bought from the earth. 4 These are the ones that did not defile themselves with women; in fact, they are virgins.
So only the virgin jews are going to heaven, beacuse the bible didn´t said that the great crowd been bought from earth?

The book of revelation is highly symbolic. The 144,000 being virgins simply represents their being spiritually and morally clean.

If you've asked God into your heart and are saved - then Jesus' blood covers all that you've done and you are as a virgin. Pure and clean. Read verse five (5) please.
I'm so glad he loves me all dirty faces.
I found this on the web was a reply in a forum. But I like the wording of the scriptures.
Hebrew Names Version
Revelation 14
Rev 14:1 I saw, and behold, the Lamb standing on Mount Tziyon, and with him a number, one hundred forty-four thousand, having his name, and the name of his Father, written on their foreheads.
Rev 14:2 I heard a sound from heaven, like the sound of many waters, and like the sound of a great thunder. The sound which I heard was like that of harpists playing on their harps.
Rev 14:3 They sing a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the Zakenim. No one could learn the song except the one hundred forty-four thousand, those who had been redeemed out of the eretz.
Rev 14:4 These are those who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are those who follow the Lamb wherever he goes. These were redeemed by Yeshua from among men, the first fruits to God and to the Lamb.
Rev 14:5 In their mouth was found no lie, for they are blameless.
Rev 14:6 I saw an angel flying in mid heaven, having an eternal Good News to proclaim to those who dwell on the eretz, and to every nation, tribe, language, and people.
Rev 14:7 He said with a loud voice, "Fear the Lord, and give him glory; for the hour of his judgment has come. Worship him who made the heaven, the eretz, the sea, and the springs of waters!"

The "Hebrew version", the "New King James" and the "King James" are almost identical in content. I just like the use in the Hebrew version of some of the more accurate historical names for certain things.

So let me understand what is written in the Bible, 144, 000 people stood at Mt. Zion, with the name of a Lamb And the Lambs father written on their forehead? What was the Lambs name?
Thank God I am a Muslim!

Virgins here refers to undefiled by sin...spotless being washed by the Blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ.
Remember, no sin shall enter heaven!

1) "Virgin," in this passage, means undefiled by sin.
2) 144,000 is 12,000x12,000 - it does refer just to Jews, but to all humanity. 1000 is used to denote a great number, and 12 x 12 represents both Jews and Gentiles.

Do you know what Thomas Jefferson said about Revelations? He said it was "merely the ravings of a maniac." I think I'll go with Tom on this one.

Everyone goes to heaven unless there is some huge sin that isn't forgiven by god! Being a virgen doesn't even mean that you'll go to heaven! Don't worry...
