I don't think you "print to" jpg.
A jpg is a picture. You print the picture.
You can insert it into a file, like a Word document, and print it from there. Just format the Word document to something like 4x6, 5x7, and buy some photo paper. Pictures don't turn out very well when printed on regular printer paper.

Correction - I learned something - never heard of a jpg driver. Found this link - very interesting.

Another thought - couldn't you just print the document then scan it as an image?

I seem to be the only one here who knows what you are talking about. You want a virtual printer that will print your document to an image file.
I don't know of any free JPEG printers. Polestar Software makes a shareware virtual printer that will convert your documents into PDF, TIFF, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, or EMF files. The registered version costs $30 (that the least expensive I've found so far), but you can download a fully-functional trial version free. However, the output files will have a small watermark in the lower right-hand corner.

Your next option is a freeware BMP virtual printer called "SK Image Printer." It won't print in color, but if you can live with that all you'd need to do is convert the BMP to a JPEG.
Finally, there's the poor man's workaround: use the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard (often abbreviated as "Prt Scrn".) This may work for you depending on the size of the document you want to print. Maximize your document window, press ALT+Prt Scrn to capture the currently selected window to the clipboard. Open an image editor. Select Edit >> Paste from the menu. Then crop out the unwanted parts of the image and save as a JPEG.

DriverBoost is nonsense, the motive force kit replaced into already downloaded! the finest attempt is to run the EXE and note if it installs. If no longer, that's going to a minimum of extract the certainly motive force information (likely to a C:HP..... folder), and then manually replace the motive force choosing the extracted area because the source for the motive force.
