I like it when a guy talks to you and it does not seem like he is hitting on you. I have the guy "friend" and we would talk all the time at work. He never made any outright advances, he was just interested in the things I was doing. Although I cannot see him because I moved out of the state, we still talk and email each other everyday.

when i was 12 years old, evey boyband is attractive
when i reached 15 every man who is kind and able to make me laugh made it to the list
when i was 18, those who could make me laugh, really dress well, humble , and really original made it to the list
aT 19, I usuall prefer long hair, rugged type men who are mysterious,and intelligent and creative enough, good speakers, men whom you can talk to a lot of things, not just boring or usual stuff,men who have a lot to offer intellectually
it varies for all types of women
usually they need to be attracted first

first it depends on hdw the guy looks and it depends on the personality and the way he dresses
