I am a free-lance drummer and I use Microsoft Outlook's calender to remind me of shows and events I have. I would like to share my entries with another computer or save them to a disc just in case I may need to restore my computer. Please help me do this if possible. If not, what program will let me do this?

If both PCs have Outlook then it is a matter of changing the permissions on your Calendar to allow another user to view your appointments, however this assumes you have created a workgroup or domain.

You can easily do what you need by saving the required files.

You can put them on a removable drive (media card, usb drive, etc) and then use them on each computer.
