Alternate Tylenol and Motrin, giving the dosage outlined on the package. Give him a tepid bath. Cool washclothes. Do NOT cover him with blankets or layers of clothes. Push fluids.

plenty of paractetamol, a tepid bath to cool the skin, but dont muck around, this is a HIGH temp and if it doesnt start to come down fairly quickly you should seek medical attention

At 104 u should take him to the ER immediately- your brain can basically "boil" at 105 and cause permanent damage including death. Give him a fever reducer like acetaminophen (Tylenol) ASAP!

tylenol works wonders, use fever reducers, cold baths work wonders too, not to cold though
