hi i have frostwire and i have had lime wire they have been ok when i have had them but when i try to download a large file it just says conecting or trying hosts but it never downloads can anyone help me please

I would also have to agree. Limewire is better than frostwire. Get the pro version and your download times will be way better. Also...If you are into bittorrent...I would say try bittorrent instead of Limewire. Limewire kinda slows down your computer a lot and your internet speed to if you're downloading.

Limewire has a known compatibility issue with some wireless internet's (and vista). It is also not legal. it has spam also. if you want a clean, working sharing program, try bearshare (www.bearshare.com)

both of them are sharing systems...so when it says searching for hosts pause the download than resume it again...if it didn't work...try to remove one of them than try again ...if it didnt work try to remove both if them and install only one(the one you see the best)and try ... because some times the PC have something with operating complicated progams .... hope you good luck by downloading the thing you want
