It's a big problem, but many schools don't have an answer. What's a practical solution?

It is a prob....especially when the bullies are the teachers!
I my self have experienced this....bullying from those that are paid to teach........

the best solution is to stand up for yourself,and to tell those students no one ever has the right to bully them, and that if they get bullied in school , and if they let themselves be bullied they would be bullied all their life, its a personal thing, its something you have to do for yourself, if only people would be confident enough to face those bullying classmates, it would be solved,

Bullies should have to attend mandatory Bullies Anonymous meetings with their parents.

deep in the bully's heart, he knows he will grow up to be a truck driver for the future owners that he is bullying....the females don't go the best warrior now days, its brains and intelligence that develops the boardroom warrior.

Tough love, straight expulsion for the bullies.
Most don't want to be in school anyway.
Leave the children who wanna study alone ya?
