This is the Jokes and Riddle section. If you actually have a serious question about something, and want a real answer, then locate the proper section for your question before posting it. Other wise the answers that you get may not be pertanent to the question (wise guy answers).
Yahoo still has only a question and answer area, like for any real questions, and so jokes are just dropped in on an as is basis.
Some people get upset that the wording in the question box is not always in the proper form of a question, but most of us that like to post jokes, and have no proper place to do so, try to overlook the gramatical perfectionists notes of how ignorant we are.
Personally I gave up on the perfection part of writing when I graduated from school, and stopped writing resumes.
I don't post things here, to try to get a passing grade in the English language, just do it to share some humor with others.
The rules here are the same as for all the rest of the questions and Answers, which you will find in the Yahoo Guide.
Other than selecting the correct section for your questions, the only appeal that you can ask for is when you get Violated for Not A Proper Question, or Profanity, and these appeals seem to fall on deaf ears at Yahoo.
