I am looking for some good music for my neice who is 10. She really likes poppy kind of stuff but I just don't like the idea of x-tina or britney.

Almost anything disney. It could be That's So Raven (even though technically it's not still on) Hilary Duff, Hannah Montana, Ashley Tisdale, Vanessa Hudgens, High School Musical, Cheetah Girls, Raven Symone, Analese VanDer Pol, Orlando Brown, Kyle Massey, Corbin Bleu, or even Kiki Palmer. Use this rule: If you think it would be played on Radio Disney, it works.

Hannah Montana is good, as is the soundtrack for High School Musical, or Hilary Duff.
For pop music, they make a Kidz Bop version of most of the popular songs of the day.
Kelly Clarkson is clean and good, as is Carrie Underwood.

My daughter is the same age and is really into Hanna Montana and the Kids Bop CD's. Also the music from the High School Musical.
