Please don't freak out and start yelling "Get him to the vet!!!!" I'm using my intuition as a puppy mother that this is not serious. At least not immediately.
Anyways... Sometimes when he sleeps i hear this noise that sounds EXACTLY like gleeking. But it's not coming from his mouth, it's his belly or something. I'll check on him and he'll wake up and look at me like "What? I'm sleeping here lady!" But it's so weird!

I'm not exactly sure what gleeking sounds like, but my guess would be its just his stomach working.

My dogs' stomachs make noises all the time. Nothing to worry about.

I'm still really curious as to what gleeking sounds like though.

You can get a stethoscope really cheap online, then you could listen for these sounds. My Pug gets a belly noise that I call "springs and coils" sounds like boyerrrring. When she gets this kind of tummy upset, I give her a third of a pepto bismal tablet and it cures her right away. Listen to a human's bowel sounds and you will be surprised at the symphony going on in there!

Not sure what a gleeking noise is, but hiccups and grumbling stomachs are both very common in young pups.
