Don't listen to the first 2 buttheads answers as they know nothing. It's pontiacs 50th and they did make the car. Stick to Fords you losers. Anyone with any real answer? will appreciate it?

Really, It's worth as much as you can get somebody to pay for it. If it is still original it will have an OK value probably 7 or $8k I personally would scrap the smog heads on that 455 and get some performance alluminum heads with rollor rockers, headers, and a comp cam, then it would accually go fast.

No such thing as a 50th anniversary edition in 1976, or ever. The Trans Am has only been a name badge since 1969. So probably not as much as you think.

pontiac only produced 429 limited edition or 455LE transams for its 50th annaversity,out of about 50,000 transams sold that year. It was also the very last of the Pontiac 455 engine was available. These beautiful black and gold T/As are rare. A fully restored ,numbers matching one can be worth $50.000 or more.

It depends on the market. If someone is really interested in this
model they may pay between 30,000 and 50,000. A friend of mine paid 58,000 for a 1964 Chevy convertible.
