Orissa is a state which has come into existence in the midst of south and north placed amidst hills and hillocks and surrounded by many rivers because of no plain lands. Naturally the people have to strive hard to eak their food and earn money which is buyer of alll commodities. This position led to poor orissa. So, naturally one who does not have money is considered in this world as poor person. Tha is Poor. Who need food and shelter and clothing must work. There is no alternative and who does not work cannot get any food or water for his living in this world.

There are two types of poverty, 1 related to money and 2 related to mind. The surrounding circumstances are directly responsible for poverty in specific area and the illiteracy.

i think poor is when we are not happy with what we have now. I work and i love my job,,,and i have and appreciate everything i have. I also have God, health,,good friends and family...Riches really have nothing to do with money,,i see too many rich people on tv that are unhappy

if I'm right your are saying that you are doing a research on poor people and who in the family works and why well i don't know I'm not really reach but i work to survive and to take care of my kids.

poor is nothing but who canot effort the daily essential comodities to fulfil daily needs .... thats why need to work for betterment of life .... and it reflact in every ones life ...do hard work with sincerity and get result....
