Are there any differences between MS Word 2000 and the earlier versions of XP Pro Word?

I meant to say *MS* XP Pro Word. I know that they are both MS. Sorry.

I'm sure there are. I say this because I have 3 computers with Word 97 on my old PC, Word 2000 on mine, and Word 2003 on my husband's. Each version does things just a little bit differently. Frankly, I think it's time they gave it a rest.
