Surf and turf anyone? I wouldn't actually mix lamb and fish together in a dish, but to serve a few grilled lamb racks and a small portion of fish, say Halibut, nicely decorated on the plate with some basmati rice and baby vegetables and you would be good to go.

No, it is not a good mix. Maybe shrimp cocktail, or smoked salmon as a starter, and rack of lamb as main course.

yes you can use them as different dishes, but certainly not together, about the only combination I can think of [which the chinese use] for one dish is chicken and shrimp or prawns

if ur guests like one or both as long as u compliment the meal with appropriate side dishes

or a lamb theme
