well the construction is correct.
However, as mentioned above, gomme is feminine, so you say

"C'est la gomme de Mireille."

You can also say the same thing differently.
"cette gomme est a Mireille."

(The a will have an accent grave, can't put it as don't have a french keyboard)

Well yes the phrase structure is correct however gomme is feminine so "C'est la gomme de Mireille " or you can "Cette gomme est pour Mireille "

No "gomme" is a feminine word so it's "C'est LA gomme de Mireille"
