I suggest you to make use of Free Screenshot tool. This one is really amazing. It has editing and uploading option.

I just hit the Print Screen button on my keyboard, then paste (Ctrl+V) the resulting image into imaging software, or even into WORD documents, etc., when providing written directions on how to do something, etc.
