Absolutely not! That's insane!
Not to mention it goes against the prinicipals of the Constitution.
Regardless of whether its a crime to say "There is no God" in public won't change the fact that some people will always believe this way.
Our prisons are ridiculously overcrowded as it is. What's the point in worsening the situation by censoring free speech?

I cannot support taking away rights given for all people. Atheist can say in public there is no God then Christians can say there is. Fairness on both sides

All this is against our constitution in the USA. Freedom of speech and choice of religion is what this country is based on. One nation under God. Other wise it will be one nation under dog.

No not at all. God gave you free will to believe or not believe and he would not want that right taken from you. If you want to say that its between you and God.

If anybody supports that idea they are ridiculous. That totally violates freedom of speech.

Why would we want them to be punished twice? Lets just let God handle that one.

No why would we, it is free speech that allows us to practise religion, so it is free speech that would allow atheists to sprout their own point of view
