I have begun to think that thinking of God in a personal sense has got to be inaccurate. Whatever the infinite spirit may be, our religions tend to limit the illimitable and try to make it a nice comfortable "tame" god.
Our religions, being the products of our finite minds, cannot contain the infinite.

-What is God? Is God a seperate entity that looks at us from outside or is God something internal, a force that drives everything?
+++I think the divine is all...it created all, so therefore it is all.
And yes, I believe the divine drives almost everything..with a
few exceptions.++++
-Why would God leave his eixistence to debate? If God's message is not made entirely clear wouldn't that lead people to counter his wishes in his name?
+++In a way yes, but that question cannot be answered since everything wrote in the name of the Divine was of man, so who is to sift out what was really inspired by the divine, and what man created to dominate?+++
-What does it mean to truely pay respect/ackowledgement to God?-
++++Help others including animals AND plants. Thats the only one I really think the divine would want us to do, the rest is all up to you.

It is clear in the Bible, you just have to read it, and study it , it teaches from milk to meat style. You cant give a baby meat. Religions are flawed because PEOPLE are flawed, and Im beginning to wonder if they dont have a VIOLENT GENE< lol. not really funny, but the more you feed violence, the bigger it gets !!!
Im still debating all of it, bible, history koran, hinduism, wicca, judaism, torah, talmud, etc..( the bible is a history book) but you cant research a religious book INSIDE of it. Why would you convert to Islam, have you read the violence that it expects of you ? You may want to research the history of islamic violence, and american history of the musselmans, which are muslims. Still today 200 yrs later, creating violence , death, etc. Those that dont kill, maim, murder, are not following it as they are told to. WHICH IS GREAT !! But, it does demand it. Honestly, research any chosen worship stance, I dont care what it is. Be careful what you worship or spend time with, you could end up like it, irregardless of what your worshipping so be sure its good !!

God is a exulted person, an individual with all knowing power and knowledge, he is so advanced that we cannot comprehend his true nature.
He does not leave his existence to be debated he has left us all the knowledge we need to except him, however we need to show a little faith for him to verify it by the Holy Ghost.
God has done all this for us, the earth, our body's and the savior for us to return to his place we call heaven. To truly pay our respect we must try to be like he is. That is what life is all about learning to be more perfect just as he is.

Bandi: To answer your questions. Firstly; God is a Spirit and those who worship Him must worship Him in both, spirit and truth. God describes Himself as the " I AM" - meaning that He is limitless and can be called by many titles. God is interested in forming a relationship with those He draws to Himself, through Jesus Christ. It is those people, who are to be proclaiming the Good News ( Gospel) of the return of His Son, Jesus Christ to the earth to enable all people to have a relationship with God, the Father, ultimately. The Holy Spirit from God enables His followers to have a relationship with Him and to internalize His love for Himself and all humans. Since God is drawing those He decides to "call" to have this relationship with Him, it is the "uncalled" who debate His existence. God is working out a Plan for His Creation through His Son, Jesus Christ - the One mentioned in the Book of Genesis after the "original sin" of both, Adam and Eve by Satan's deception.

1. not what is God, but more WHO is God. we are made in the image of Him, so we are not something, we are someone. someone who is loved by God and we do not need to work for his love, like Islam says. all we have to do is trust that he loves us and died so that we may live eternally with him.
2. If we had proof that God actually exists, would that really make you believe that God is still all powerful? and, God wants us to love him on our own, not because of something that proves what we love. no fact should make us love him, only faith
3. to truly pay respect to him, it means giving our life wholly and completely to him, like he did when he died on the cross. once we believe, we should go into the world and tell others about what he has done.
i would really enjoy talking to you more about this. feel free to eamil me at musicmanaggie@yahoo.com

Hi, there. I advise you to explore Christianity before converting. God is different in many religions, but here is my God's attributes:
1. The God of Christianity is all-powerful, all-seeing, and all-knowing (omnipotent, omnipresent, and omnisicient respectively). He exists outside of time (in eternity), and He exists in three forms (two forms are Spirits--Father and Holy Spirit, and the other is human/spirit--Jesus, the Son). He has already predestined the events of history and of the future. He cares for all creation, and He loves humanity--so much that He died in OUR place and suffered OUR pain).
2. God has not left His existence to debate. He has simply allowed people to believe what they want to, and decide whether they want to believe in Him or not. He does not force Himself on anyone. One day, everyone shall see the truth. The unbelievers will be shocked, but it will be too late to do anything.
3. Paying respect to God means acknowledging His feelings, and attempting to please Him in all that you do. Praying to Him, worshipping Him, and thanking Him are the ways I praise Him.
I would like you to consider doing this first. If you are going to convert to Islam, can I first direct you www.gotquestions.org. Read their faqs and I hope this helps. Thanks for asking. Thanks for reading. Faith in Jesus Christ=Heaven.

Read the meaning of chapter 112 of Quran. You will understand God better. He left his existence to debate?. Well that's a kind of test. He showed thousands of signs and continue to show us. He gave the us the chance to choose to believe in him or not. He mentioned us how to live very clearly in Quran and from his messenger Muh'ammadh's teachings.

well God gave us free will, to choose weather we would follow him or not. To completely acknowledge him you need to just tell him. I believe in you Lord! Basically all other religions are created by those who interpreted the bible in a different way. When the people had no leader to tell them what to do (eg Moses) they would go away and worship the sun, or something equally stupid.

I can't really answer some of your questions but I have some of the same questions myself. What I think is that god may be real but truthfully it is a sence to what you believe. All through time people have to have somebody to believe in and to me god is that person. I am not saying that he doesn't exist all I am saying that truthfully you have to look inside yourself and see if you believe in him or not. As to the bible and the sapposed "word or god" that is all ment to see what you get out of it and what you see as to its meaning.
