Shyness is not an incurable disease, you just need to learn to be more confident. Tip: there's not one person who can say honestly that he or she has always been absolutely comfortable with talking to the opposite sex. There's nothing to be afraid of though, remember that they are just human beings just like you. But please don't try to be someone else than yourself, this never works.

how can i help you on this one? this is one thing you are gona have to do one your own, there is no way i can make you unshy. just go talk to her and see whats she's into and take things from there.
