We are having a problem just like this right now... I went to my local pharmacy and the pharmacist recommend aloe vera but with *Lidoocaine. It numbs your skin as well as suck the heat out. SORRY your sun burnt! It's called Instant burn relief ICE. Also i have heard people say if you put your aloe in the fridge it gets really cold and that feels good I guess when your skins burnt!

cool showers -

chilled apple cider vinegar can cool a burn.
use a mist or sprayer bottle - gently spritz on the skin.
keep cool - stay out of the sun - take cool or cold showers - nothing hot on the skin. keep vinegar out of the eyes.

chill aloe vera gel in the refrigerator
spread gently, liberally over sun burned areas
again keep it out of the eyes.

if you take a hot shower at all during the next several days -
you run the risk of having the "sunburn" return with all the redness and pain. take only cool to cold showers

I say besides the fact that works for you, decide for it. i be responsive to how stressful it fairly is to breastfeed and this is not as common and organic as each and all of the breast feeding nazis make you think of it fairly is. this is stressful. basically stick to it and at last the two certainly one of you will come across a equipment that works. do not get discouraged or permit somebody else guilt you into doing something that may not comfortable for you. while you're under pressure your infant will experience it and be under pressure too. have confidence me...it took me a sturdy 2 months earlier my son and that i've got been given a sturdy equipment down and it fairly could be an outstanding bonding adventure. basically provide it it sluggish.

There are cooling gels that contain aloe and lidocane that can help with that. Most pharmacy stores like CVS and Drugmart have them.
