cracked rice porridge with prawns or miced pork and an egg, topped with some fresh ginger and coriander. VERY hearty and healthy way to start the day.
(remember that not everyone on Y!A is from "western culture" and cereals/ eggs and bacon are NOT the only "right" breakfast food. cheers)

Eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits, bacon and milk gravy.
I know it is SOOOOOO unhealthy and a heart attack waiting to happen, BUT I have to have it at least once a month. Usually when I am visiting my sister and mom. They cook.....I eat. That is the best!

I like dry cereal -- not the kid stuff, but whole grain cereals, or those that contain freeze-dried fruit in them, like Berry Burst Cherrios or Fruit Harvest, both of which have dried strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
