I already have a digital camera.I Love my camera it is a Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-H2.I put my pictures on my computer but I am wanting to put frames around my pictures and borders to make them look cool.Just do different and neat things with them.I was wondering if anyone new where I could download free software that I could do this.Or what I need to be able to do this with my pictures?I am poor so I don't have money for something real exspensive.

Another program to consider, is Paintshop Pro. Versions 7, 8 and 9 can be gotten on ebay for $50 or less, sometimes much less, and have a feature where you can automatically add frames to photo's, and you can download lots of free frames to add to the ones that come with the program.
Current version is v.11 and is $100 at htttp://www.corel.com .

Well, definitely consider, in fact you need to download Picasa2. An excellent Digital photo mgmt & edit freeware. Downloadable from http://www.geocities.com/lcming/Digitalphotography and you can create slideshow and screensaver too !
