Actually, junkfood may not be contributing to your acne issues as much as plain genetics does.
Your genetics are hardwired to reproduce many of the same ailments as those related to you. For example, if your parents and THEIR parents suffer from diabetes, then there's a very likely chance that you eventually will also.
Unfortunately, acne has been proven to be influenced by genetics...
There is a plus side: while the effects may not be reversible, it can be contained with medications, acne creams, and good old fashion hygiene. See a dermatologist, they'll be able to recommend a treatment that will be tailored to your specific needs.
In the mean time, remember to wash your face every day. Use antibacterial soap, and don't scrub too hard, or you'll risk inflaming your pores. I know this sounds like common sense, but some people don't shower every day... and after a day of not showering, your face gets covered in irritants from your sweat, and hair.
Hope this helps.

Some people seem to just be that way. I would recommend using Phisoderm acne wash twice daily on the generally affected area and then spot treating with 10% Benzyl Peroxide. If you do that religiously and it doesn't work, go see a dermatologist. I'm lucky but many of my family members have gotten pimples into their late 30's.

Most likely genetics. Also what environment are you in most of the time?
have you also been to a dermatologist? Minocycline is a popular anti-bact used for that.
Also this is another option...Protein Factory .com has this product called Acne Eraser, which helps get rid of it in about 90 days ish. It uses a bovine protein called Lactoferrin, and when it binds with iron it can be somewhat of an anti-bact, anti-viral, and a lot of other cool stuff.

Some people just have more issues with acne than others. I drink enough water as well and eat healthily but I have had trouble with pimples until I started using Pro-Active. It seriously works.

I'm 27 and I still break out as well. I find that it's usually around the time of my menstrual cycle. I'm guessing it's related to hormonal changes. Keep up with cleansing so that it doesn't get worse, and never pick them or pop them as it spreads them.
Don't clog your pores with heavy make up either. Only cover them up if you really need to and then always cleanse it off as soon as you get home. Worst thing you can do is sleep with your face clogged up as when you sweat it produces natural oils.

Honey, I am 35, and I have pimples like MAD! I am sick to death of my f*cked up skin, but so far, nothing has helped. Not St. Ives, not ProActive, not washing 3 times a day, not a thing has helped. I guess I'll have this crap on my face 'til I am 6 ft under? SUX !!!

Are you on any type of birth control? Contraceptive pills can help clear up pimples if nothing else works. Go see a doctor. All the best. God Bless You!!!
