If it's soft and movable it's most likely a cyst. It's soft because it's filled with fluid. Cancerous nodules are hard and immovable because they invade the surrounding tissue. You should still have it looked at though, because it may become infected. Have it drained.

have you had a recent infection? sounds like a lymph node:
Swollen Lymph Nodes - Non-Cancerous Symptoms
*Enlarged and swollen lymph nodes that are very tender
*Swollen glands that have a fairly smooth texture and soft to the touch
* Swollen lymph nodes that are moveable with palpation
*Swollen lymph nodes that are more isolated and clearly defined
*Swollen lymph nodes may change size within days.
You might get a health care provider to check u out.

It could be a cyst. You need to see a doctor to be sure. It could be a swollen lymph node, if yor body is fighting off an infection. PLEASE get it checked out ASAP. It could be nothing, it could be Lymphoma. No one can tell for sure without proper medical tests.
If you have reason to suspect Lymphoma, here is a site with great info:

It is probably not cancerous, but it would be wise to check it out as soon as possible, just in case.
