You don't give much away do you :).
You need to write your resume in a program like wordpad where you have an insert option, you can then insert anything you want from a photo to a url link etc
When you use insert, you go to where your photo is on your hard drive (My Photos,My Pics,My Docs),choose your photo and insert

Is your resume in MSword Open Office or just (eek) notepad?
The first two are usually pretty straight forward.

in the menu... insert | picture | from file... if your pc doesnt lock up like mine just did then a dialog box will open asking where the picture is. navigate to the picture, highlight it and select open (or jus double click the filename)

to resize the picture - hold down the SHIFT key and grab the corner of the image and drag it. (shift key keeps the height and width in proportion to one another)

double clicking the image will open the (limited) image editing block.

Insert
Picture
From file

in the dialog box, at the top, indicate the location of the folder
near the bottom left, the filename
then click Insert

Now you have to "play" with it to set the "wrap" or layout.
right-click on the picture
click Format Picture
click Wrapping
You will have to experiment here. I usually set it to none or "in front of text"

Commands will be a little different depending on the version of your software, but they will be close.

That depends on how you made your resume. If it is with MS word, or Adobe Acrobat, then you can do it. If you made your resume in notepad then there is no way (without making a new resume in another format).
