No problem to eat eggs every day. Just stay active and don't overdo it. (provided you do not have a genetic cholesterol problem - if so, just eat the whites.)

Its not healthy to eat 2 entire chickens daily.

chicken meat minus the skin is healthier than red meat because it has less fat between its fibers.
It is unhealthy to eat egg daily because the egg yolk is 99.9% cholesterol, but you can healthily consume egg-whites everyday for it is 100% protein.

Great question. Both are great sources of protein. Eggs however have cholesterol that should be eaten in moderation.
