Flirt. Flirt hard. Touch his arm when you talk to him. Mention something about getting together for a drink or coffee sometime. He'll get the hint.

Just talk and flirt with him more. If he doesn't respond after a few tries, then he's not interested and I would move on.

Here some things that women have done to get my attention:
1. Asking to study with me.
2. Inviting me to hang out with her.
3. Flirting w/ me. When I make fun of her, she'll hit me on the arm.
4. Asking me stupid questions. I remember in college people would ask someone they liked if they understood the problem.
5. Pretend you don't know how to do something.

I'm sure there are a bunch of things you can do. These are just random stuff I'm picking from my brain. Anyways, just talk and flirt.

The arm touch, or if you're want a stronger response the thigh touch. Guys tend to notice physical ques over verbal, so body language is much more of an attention grabber.

I guess that would depend on the guy. Most guys are turned on by seeing aome cleavage and lots of other skin. Also a very nice smile doesn't hurt any either. Wouldn't hurt to do a little flirting too.

The last two guys who posted their answers ARE RIGHT!! Just be comfortable with him! Get close to him like "conspicuously." I mean stand near him, and get him to notice you. Text message a friend to call you on your cell, and make sure he hears your voice! That is a turn on. Do something clumsy, but act like it was nothing! Make him laugh! At least, that gets my attention, and I wanna get to know the girl. ;)

If he doesn't notice you he doesn't notice you. You try to turn him on too much, he thinks you're a slu t. Move on.
