How much does it take to recover the feeling of stupidness? What is the limit of being sensitive?

He cheated me, we broke up last year and I can't stop myself thinking how he could do it to me..It is not fair. I'm waiting to forget the years that I spent with him. I know I'm not the only one who was cheated, there is love somewhere outside but I can't forget the past. I need a magic to forget. I relocated to another country but I still need something to forget.

Either just move on or get you some self-gratification before moving on. Not telling you to do anything like this, but I had a girlfriend living with me once that ran off for a few days with a "good buddy" of mine. When they got back they found two holes, three foot wide, six foot long, and three foot deep, side by side in my front yard. My buddy had left a pile of automotive parts there while he was gone: an engine block, some heads, extra wide tires and rims for his pickup. All these were piled a little farther up the driveway where I had taken a bunch of Red Devil Lye and sprinkled it over everything. Then I poured some kind of acid, I don't remember what kind over them and everything started smoking and getting ruined. When they did come back, I answered the door with a rifle, tossed them a shovel, and said "I got my half dug, now you two can finish your own holes." After they were done digging, I let them load up his auto parts and leave. But it was rather satisfying watching them dig and worry. I think I used the holes to cook a couple hogs for a hog feed.

Stupidness? What you need to realise is that the end result of this fiasco is the other person's loss. In other words, whomever you may be referring to made their choice of actions. There is no reason for you to feel stupid, you remained true to your word. So now kick 'em to the curb & move on.
