I have pedicures regularly. At home you soak them at least twice a week & buff the dead skin off. If single the best thing afterwards is a heavy lotion with footies over your feet when you sleep. The footies not only protect your sheets but keep the lotion on your feet too. Not very sexy though. If sleeping with someone just lotion at night, after showers & again before dressing. My pedicure lady says you can not lotion them too much.

Soak your feet in warm water for 5 minutes and then use a pumice stone on them, which is kind of like a nail file for the icky rough parts of your feet! Do it as often as you need, and use moisturizer on your feet as well. They will love you for it!

If you live near the beach, dig your feet in the sand and this will exfoliate them. Go home, have a bath and give your feet a nice rub with a moisturiser - they will feel soft and smooth!!

Apply vaseline to your feet and put on socks just before you get into bed. Its like magic - the next morning they feel great! And then in the morning I shower and exfoliate them and apply lotion. Feels like I'm walking on air!
But seriously, cheap vaseline and socks at nights is miraculous and better than any expensive lotion!
