Jesus died for all sin. One person's sin may not seem like much, but take an entire world's sin.... I do feel ashamed when I sin even if its just a lie. I think of how Jesus hung on that cross to save me and how much he had to hurt. We will never truly know what a sacrifice Jesus made just to save a world of undeserving sinners.

Jesus bore my shame on the Cross:
Hebrews 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Thanks to His love for me, I no longer have anything to be ashamed of. All my sins are forgiven, and I'm free of them.
Being free of sin and misery is a great feeling. . .why not give it a try for yourself.

Christ's death on the cross declares God's love for us. He takes on our pain and suffering. This is God's perfect love that only he as a living man could accomplish. Other men could die on a cross but only the Son could defeat death and bring to us a way to become at one with our Father. It is the atonement ... the at-one-ment that bridges the gap of our imperfection before God.

Each of us is a sinner. I know that I am. I am ashamed of my sinfulness, but I have assurance of forgiveness. Jesus DID need to die to pay the penalty that I should have paid.

you mean jesus (like what christian believe that he die because of the sin of his people? so there is no judgement day?). Nonsense. How can God die? God is everlasting, exist and never die. Only people with no brain believe that God can die.

I used to be ashamed of myself. Now I know that Jesus took my shame upon Himself and saved me.
We love Him because He first loved us.
While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

According to Christians, I was born. Seems we all are born horrible sinners, so God had to send his only son to die.....simply because we were born. Shame on us, indeed!
