16 yr old that weight trains hard... I get sinus colds and stuff more than the average person, why?? is my body forcing me to take a break or somthing. I eat healthy because I dont my muscles full of garbage too.

No its not because you lift weights hard, if you do an intense workout though, remeber you need to have atleast 3 days off a week. Anyhow, its your immune system telling you that it is weak, and a gym is one of the easiest place to catch a cold. Just take a good multi vitamin, I prefer Animal Packs, and wash your hands every 3 or 4 hours, and drink atleast a gallon of water a day.

most sinus cold or infections are caused by many things, but i doubt by weightlifiting....i wuld look at ur diet! is it high in dairy food? milk and cheese and what not has alot to do with sinuses...its makes it so much worse. if your diet is high in dairy i would minimize you intake alot! or if ur not sensitive to dariy it also maybe because u may have too much of a certain protein...there are many causes but u might also want to consult ur family doctor or nutritionist!

Have you hurt your back? My spine is kind of out of place in the neck area, and I have sinus headaches all the time now.

you have sinus problems and it isnt caused from your exercises=see a Dr to get a spray=the cough is probably due to the mucus from your sinuses running down the back of your throat

You should try taking more of papayas and less of fatty and starchy diet. It'll surely help you to cleanse the excess mucuos.
High fiber food is recommended.
