I'm ready now, but I'm just wondering about the rest of you.

You should move out of your parents house when you get a good paying job or when you get your degree. Because then you wouldnt be able to support yourself.

I was 22 years old when I moved out. I left with only $9 in my wallet, didn't have the help or support of any family members or friends throughout my struggles. I went through Rocky Roads just to make ends meet from going to school during the day to working a job at night to pay my bills. Becoming independent was hard for me but I'm glad that I went through it b/c without that experience, I wouldn't be the strong, mature, smart, lucky lady that I am today. I am 31 years old now & I am a college graduate with a license as a Registered Nurse. I have a great job in a hospital & I'm married to a wonderful guy who absolutely loves & adores me.

If you are going to move out of your parents home, make sure you have enough money saved up. Becoming independent is not easy, for it takes time for you to build the strength to be your own person. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!

16 and looking back on it 20years later i wouldnt have done it.it was all about this guy who i just couldnt live without turned out to be a drug addict, drinker and hitter.maybe you really need to ask yourself why do you want to move if it is a guy it will wait we cant take back the time or things that happen when we are still young so relax and try to enjoy your life you still have many years to live the life of an adult wich by the way isnt always fun responsibility, making enough to live on and maybe even buy those groceries
